Dr. Candice McDonald, President of the CVVFA, announces that the Association has entered into a partnership with Fire News to provide each member with a subscription at no cost to the member. If your dues are current, or if you are a life or honorary member, or if your dues are paid for life, you will receive a full paid subscription to the paper.

As the premier publication for Long Island, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania,  Ohio, Kentucky, Maryland, West Virginia and Virginia Fire and EMS Departments, Fire News has successfully served the fire, rescue, EMS, and business community since 1973. Fire News and  FireNews.com are excited to recognize and support the efforts of fire, rescue, and EMS heroes throughout the United States especially the CVVFA.

Fire News publishes great action photos, report on important issues affecting the Fire and EMS community, and keep loyal readers up-to-date on the newest products and services. Additionally, Fire News is a valuable resource for all of the department’s fire, rescue, and EMS needs.

“We are excited to provide Fire News as a CVVFA membership benefit,” said President McDonald. “ Our agreement includes the opportunity for all our members and their organizations to submit photos and news to the paper. Readers will soon see an increase number of stories about the CVVFA and our programs” she added.
