Dr. John Bullough, Director of Transportation and Safety Lighting Programs at the Lighting Research Center, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY, a national expert on visibility, glare and traffic safety will address the 118th Annual Convention at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday August 1st. Dr. Bullough teaches in the graduate program on lighting. He is a Fellow of the Illuminating Engineering Society and a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers.
The CVVFA has been active in involved this issue and recently conducted an emergency lighting study during the Fire Expo in Harrisburg PA.
